For those utilizing the Community Center. Please follow this checklist to clean the building and submit it to:
How to Schedule your Event using Google Calendar
- Review the Community Center Reservation Calendar below. If the date you need is already listed, with an event, the Community Center is already booked for that day.
- Go to Google Calendar, select your requested date.
- Create an event in your Google Calendar, using the add guest feature, send an invite to: Heatherwoodcommons@gmail.com
- Once the invite is received and approved, your event will be added to the calendar below. The reservation system is on a first come, first serve basis. If two events are requested for the same day. You will receive an email providing an alternative date.
- If you want to cancel your event. Please cancel it on your Google Calendar. The event will automatically be removed from the calendar below.
- By clicking on the Google Calendar button below. YOU AGREE to the abide by all 5 pages of Community Center rules above.
